Protecting your privacy is important to us. Please read the following iShip, Inc. Privacy Policy (the "Privacy Policy") to learn more about how iShip, Inc. collects, uses and safeguards the personal and company information of our customers and shipping carriers ("Carrier(s)") whose services are accessed through iShip services. iShip Commitment to PrivacyThis Privacy Policy describes iShip's treatment of Personal and Company Information (defined below) that iShip collects from visitors of the iShip.com site and users of iShip's Web-based multi-carrier shipping services and enterprise solutions ("iShip Shipping"). This Privacy Policy governs only iShip's treatment of information. iShip shares Personal and Company Information with the Carrier providing the requested service (e.g. DHL, Federal Express, UPS and others) and shipping service centers (e.g. Mail Boxes Etc.) (as described below in

This Privacy Policy does not control how a Carrier and/or shipping service center use Personal or Company Information. Please review the privacy policy(ies) of the applicable Carrier(s) and shipping service center(s) to learn how they treat information. What this Privacy Policy CoversThe Privacy Policy applies only to United States users of iShip Shipping and United States visitors to the iShip.com Web site. iShip Shipping is not available to other than United States users. INFORMATION COLLECTION AND USE iShip collects and uses Personal and Company Information so that we can efficiently provide the iShip Shipping services requested by our visitors and customers. iShip Shipping Personal InformationIn connection with iShip Shipping, iShip collects personally identifiable information (information that may allow you to be identified or contacted) ("Personal Information") necessary to provide the requested services. iShip collects this information when you register to set up an account and otherwise use the iShip Shipping services. iShip Shipping AccountPersonal Information required to register with iShip includes your name or company name, address, telephone number, e-mail address and address type (business or residential). In order to complete your registration and set up your iShip account, you will be required to select a User ID, after which iShip will assign you a Password by email. After you have successfully registered, you will be required to provide your User ID and Password to access your iShip account. Upon your initial sign-in, you may elect to have us remember your Password so that you do not have to re-enter it each time to login from the computer you are currently using. iShip "remembers" your Password by placing a cookie on your hard drive. See Cookies below for more information. You may also enter your credit card information and billing address and select certain shipping and Carrier preferences. This information is optional for the purposes of setting up your account, however, you may be required to enter credit card information (including billing address) prior to shipping any packages, as described below. iShip ShippingIn order to ship packages via iShip Shipping, you may also need to provide (i) your credit card information and billing address, (ii) the name, address, email address and telephone number of the shipment recipient, (iii) a description of the shipment contents, and (iv) such additional information as may be required by your selected Carrier. Address BookThe iShip Shipping applications may include an Address Book option that allows registered users to enter the nickname, name or company name, address, telephone number, address type, fax number and e-mail address of people or businesses to whom they frequently ship packages ("Addressee Information"). Use of the Address Book is entirely optional. It is provided as a convenience so that users will not have to re-enter frequently used Addressee Information. iShip does not use Addressee Information for any purpose other than to provide the iShip Shipping services and to offer you easy access to package Addressee Information and for other internal business purposes. Shipping EstimateiShip offers a multi-carrier shipping estimate service that enables you to estimate potential shipping charges by providing us with package weight and dimensions and the origin and destination zip codes. This information is used only to provide you with estimated shipping charges based on the information you provide and other internal business purposes. Email NotificationiShip Shipping also offers an optional email notification service, pursuant to which iShip will notify the package recipient and others designated by you when the package is sent. In connection with such service, iShip asks for the e-mail address of the recipient and others that you designate to receive notification. If you wish, you may also include a brief message to be sent with the email notification. iShip stores collected Personal Information, including your shipping history, in your account profile for your access and reference. iShip uses Personal Information to provide and enhance iShip Shipping services. We also use Personal Information to inform shipping customers about additional services they may find of value, for our internal business purposes (including performing trend analysis and market studies), to set prices, establish credit, accomplish the billing function and to comply with government regulations. iShip may collect other Personal Information from time to time, but it will be obvious to you that we are collecting such information (e.g., through use of surveys). If iShip collects additional Personal Information in a manner that is not apparent, iShip will provide you with notice as described in

All such Personal Information will be treated in accordance with this Privacy Policy.Company InformationiShip collects information from business entities that enter into services agreements (the "Enterprise Agreements") with iShip to use iShip Shipping in connection with providing the iShip Shipping services and in accordance with the Enterprise Agreements and any other documentation provided to customers regarding use of the iShip Shipping services (collectively, the "Company Information"). Company Information includes (i) company name, address, phone number, e-mail address, (ii) names and contact information of company employees, agents and consultants authorized to access iShip Shipping, (iii) names, addresses, email addresses and telephone numbers of company's shipment recipients, (iv) Carrier account information and billing address and company's custom or contract Carrier shipping rates, (v) additional information as may be required by a particular selected Carrier, (vi) address book information referenced below, and (vii) information provided by a company in connection with supplemental iShip Shipping services offered from time to time by iShip pursuant to such company's Enterprise Agreement (such as custom declaration information for international destinations). The Company Information in sub-sections (iv) and (v) above shall be referred to as "Carrier Information." iShip Shipping services may also include a global address book tool, which enables the company to store employee address and location information, and a private address book tool, which enables company's authorized employees to store customer and/or personal address and contact information. Company Information is collected during the company sign-up, installation and configuration process, as well as when the company uses the iShip Shipping services. We use Company Information to provide and enhance the iShip Shipping services, to ensure compatibility of data with iShip's systems, for our internal business purposes, to enhance our ability to communicate with our customers about additional services they may find of value, to set prices, establish credit, fulfill an Enterprise Service Agreement, accomplish the billing function and to comply with government regulations. Companies' use of iShip Shipping is subject to the terms and conditions of their Enterprise Agreements with iShip and carrier agreements entered into between companies and their applicable Carriers. iShip collects and processes Company Information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and as set forth in the Enterprise Agreements and any documentation or specifications provided to companies in connection therewith. iShip.com Tracking and Shipment NotificationWhen you track packages at iShip.com, iShip will ask for the tracking number. In addition, if your package is in transit, iShip offers a shipment notification service, pursuant to which iShip will notify you and others designated by you when the package has been delivered. In connection with such service, iShip asks for your e-mail address and the e-mail address of others that you would like iShip to notify. Log FilesiShip receives and stores certain types of information whenever you use iShip Shipping. For instance, iShip automatically collects your IP address, which is the number assigned to your computer whenever it is connected to the Internet. iShip collects certain technical information from your computer each time you request a page during your visit. This information is collected from your computer's browser and may include your IP address, operating system, Web browser software, and referring Web site. iShip uses IP addresses for system administration, security, statistical analysis purposes, and other internal business purposes. One way iShip uses logs is to analyze them to understand where requests originate so that we can provide the most efficient service possible, enhance security, ensure appropriate usage and produce traffic volume statistics. CookiesCookies are small text files that are sent to your browser from a Web site's computers and stored on your computer's hard drive. Cookies can make use of the Web easier by saving status and preferences about a Web site. Most browsers are initially set to accept cookies but users can change the settings to refuse cookies or to be alerted when cookies are being sent. Although acceptance of cookies will not interfere with the ability to access iShip.com, users will need to accept cookies in order to utilize iShip Shipping services and to access your iShip Shipping account. iShip uses cookies to save preferences and session data entered by you while using iShip Shipping services, access information of registered users at login, to improve the iShip Shipping services and for other internal business purposes. iShip may combine non-personally identifiable information gathered from cookies or log files with Personal or Company Information to provide and improve iShip Shipping services, to enhance our ability to communicate with our customers about additional services they may find of value and for other internal business purposes. Aggregate DataiShip may use anonymized data which does not allow an individual in the context of Personal Information and a company in the context of Company Information to be located or contacted for internal business purposes. With ConsentIn addition, iShip may use your Personal, Company or Carrier Information as approved by you from time to time. iShip will not license, sell, provide or share Personal Information or Company Information to any third party except as set forth herein. Personal InformationiShip shares Personal Information with Carriers and shipping service centers in connection with providing the services requested. This Privacy Policy does not control how a Carrier and/or shipping service center use Personal Information. You should consult the privacy policies of each Carrier and shipping service center that you select to learn more about how they handle Personal Information. Company InformationiShip shares Company Information with Carriers in connection with providing the iShip Shipping services requested by your company. iShip shares Company Information only with the Carrier selected by you for your transaction. This Privacy Policy does not control how your selected Carrier uses your Company Information. Companies should consult their Carriers' privacy policies and carrier agreements to learn how such Carriers treat Company Information. Carrier InformationUnder no circumstances will iShip share your Carrier Information with any Carrier other than the Carrier you specified to provide shipping services. AgentsiShip may employ third party vendors to perform functions on our behalf, which may include assisting us in processing Personal Information and/or Company Information. iShip shares Personal and Company Information with such vendors as necessary to enable them to assist us in processing the Information and/or providing services to our customers. These vendors are acting as agents on behalf of iShip, are contractually required to maintain the confidentiality of the information and are restricted from using such Information for any purpose other than to provide iShip services to our customers. Compliance with Law and Legal RequestsiShip provides Information to government agencies as required by law or regulation. In addition, iShip may release Company and Personal Information when iShip deems release necessary to comply with the law, to protect iShip, our users or others, or to enforce the iShip Terms of Service or Enterprise Agreement. iShip AffiliatesiShip is a wholly owned subsidiary of United Parcel Service of America, Inc. ("UPS"). The term "iShip Affiliates," as used herein, includes UPS and all subsidiaries and affiliates of UPS, but does not include direct subsidiaries of iShip. Aggregate DataiShip may share with third parties and/or iShip Affiliates anonymized data which does not allow an individual in the context of Personal Information and a company in the context of Company Information to be located or contacted. Business TransfersIn the event that all or a portion of iShip, or substantially all of the assets of iShip, is sold to another business entity, including a Carrier, iShip Personal and Company Information will likely be included among the assets transferred to such business entity. iShip will provide you notice of any such event as set forth in

. With ConsentIn addition, iShip may disclose your Personal, Company or Carrier Information as approved by you from time to time. CUSTOMER CHOICE ACCESSING, REVIEWING, CHANGING AND DELETING YOUR INFORMATION Personal Information iShip Shipping Your iShip Shipping account allows you to opt out of receiving promotional material from iShip. Opting-out can be accomplished during your initial registration and account set up or at any time thereafter by selecting "Preferences" and then "Account Info." Visit the privacy policies of the applicable shipping service centers and Carriers to learn about their marketing practices. Registered users of iShip Shipping can review, modify, or delete certain information previously provided by editing their account profile. This information may include but is not limited to account information (which allows you to update your contact information and iShip marketing preferences), password, Carrier designation (which allows you to change your selected and/or preferred Carriers), applications (which allows you to choose whether to view certain advanced shipping options) and payment information. If you have questions or problems concerning your account, contact your shipping service center or your company's designated support contact, who will contact iShip if necessary. Address BookRegistered users of iShip Shipping may also review, add, and delete Address Book information at any time by editing their Address Book. Information Deletion RequestUpon request, iShip will deactivate your account(s) and disable all access to or delete your contact, financial and other Personal Information and preferences from our active databases. To deactivate your account send an e-mail to
support@iship.com and include in the subject line "DEACTIVATE ACCOUNT." iShip will respond to your request as soon as reasonably possible. Please note, however, that iShip will not delete shipping transaction information and information related to your iShip Shipping account which constitutes a record of a shipping transaction. In addition, in order to fulfill a deletion request, iShip may make information unavailable for use, but that information is still present in the iShip system. SECURITY iShip treats your Personal Information and Company Information as an asset that must be protected against loss and unauthorized access. We employ information security techniques to appropriately protect confidential information from unauthorized access by users inside and outside iShip. Controlled AccessiShip restricts access to its data center and server rooms to authorized personnel. iShip limits access to Personal and Company Information to those employees that have a legitimate business need to access such information. Your iShip Shipping account is password-protected for your privacy. Technology SafeguardsiShip and its supporting systems, which are currently located in the United States, employ industry standard practices to safeguard Personal and Company Information, including firewalls and Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology. iShip Shipping services utilize encryption technology to protect your information while stored on our servers and during transmission. Control of PasswordYou agree to be responsible for protecting the confidentiality of, and all acts or omissions that may occur under, your User ID and Password. If you believe your Password may have been compromised, you should immediately notify iShip at
support@iship.com . Unauthorized AccessAs outlined above, iShip will adopt reasonable measures necessary to protect the security of Personal and Company Information. However, iShip is not responsible for unauthorized access to such information by hackers or others who have obtained such access through illegal measures. LINKED INTERNET SITES iShip may provide links to external sites as a convenience to its users. The inclusion of any link does not imply iShip's endorsement of such external Web site or the products and services offered at such site. iShip is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such Web sites. Please note that if you link to a third party site from iShip.com, any information you reveal on that site is not subject to this Privacy Policy. Therefore, you should consult the privacy policies of each site you visit. iShip, Inc. reserves the right to modify or amend this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any such revisions will be noted here so that you can be fully informed about the privacy protections we provide and your choices with regard to our use of your information for marketing purposes.
