  1. What should I do if I am having problems tracking a package?

    Please contact the carriers directly for information about the status of your packages:
    1-800-CALL-DHL (1-800-225-5345)

    1-800-ASK-USPS (1-800-275-8777)

    Here are some hints on how to enter the tracking number correctly:

    • UPS tracking numbers usually begin with "1Z", contain 18 characters, and do not contain the letters "O", "I", or "Q".
    • UPS tracking numbers that do not begin with "1Z" include tracking numbers for Air Shipping Documents (hand-written airbills) and International Air Waybills.
    • FedEx Express tracking numbers are normally 12 digits long and do not contain letters.
    • FedEx Ground tracking numbers are normally 15 digits long and do not contain letters.
    • Airborne Express and DHL tracking numbers are normally 10 or 11 digits long and do not contain letters.
    • USPS Delivery Confirmation numbers are normally 20-22 digits long and do not contain letters.
    • USPS Express Mail tracking numbers are normally 13 characters long, begin with two letters, and end with "US".


  2. What should I do if I can't remember my iShip password?

    There are two things you can do if you have forgotten your password:

    • Check Your E-Mail: If you registered from the iShip applications, you should have received a confirmation e-mail containing your pertinent account information, including your password.
    • Use Password Recovery: If you forget or cannot find your password, click the Log On button on the main menu bar on the iShip application. When the Log On page appears, click the Recovery button. Follow the online instructions, and we will e-mail your password information to you.


  3. How do I change my iShip Personal Shipper account preferences and password?

    As a registered iShip Personal Shipper account holder, you must first log on to your account to make changes. Once you have logged on, select the Account Info button on the top navigation main menu. Next, click the Change Password or Account Preferences button and follow the on-screen instructions.


  4. How do I ship something internationally?

    iShip currently supports shipments of U.S. origin. The destination can be the U.S. or any of 256 international countries. (If your shipment weighs more than 150 pounds, only continental U.S. destinations are supported.)   5. Can you tell me how much it costs to ship something?
