iShip Desktop Shipping Station
Corporate employees can use the iShip Desktop Shipping Station to compare shipping services, track shipments, print carrier labels, and pre-process mailroom shipments from any desktop. Features include:

- Printing of carrier labels from generic laser printer
- Pre-processing of parcels to be weighed at mailroom

iShip Professional Shipping Station
With the iShip Professional Shipping Station, mailroom personnel can quickly weigh and process shipments, or complete shipments that have been pre-processed by end users. In addition to all of the Desktop Shipping Station functionality, the Professional Shipping Station features also include:
- Local scale integration
- Thermal label printer support
- End-of-day processing
- Management reporting capabilities
iShip Administrator's Station
Shipping and operations management can use the iShip Administrator's Station to manage user access and analyze shipping activity. IAS allows you to:
- Define and manage users, groups, shipping locations, and hierarchical accounts
- Control the appearance and functionality of reference fields to better collect chargeback information
- Configure nearly 100 different elements of the iShip user interface
- Grant or deny access to carriers, services, and service options by user or group
- Run a complete suite of management reports delivered as Adobe PDF files
- View activity reports with departmental breakdown
iShip Customer Entry Station
The iShip Customer Entry Station is a useful tool to help mailrooms deal with infrequent shippers and walk-up shippers. CES assists users with entering shipping information, and prints a bar-coded Traveler label used to quickly recall the package information in the Professional Shipping Station. CES can be set up as a kiosk that lets walk-up shippers:
- Enter origin and destination information, desired delivery date/time, and preferred carrier
- Manage an address book of their frequent recipients
- Send themselves and their recipients Shipment Notification e-mails that enable easy package tracking
