iShip Offers Customized Training to Meet Your Needs
End User Training for the iShip Desktop Shipping Station
This training is intended for corporate employees who will use the iShip Enterprise Service to pre-process packages for shipment directly from their desktops. During this training session the user will learn to:
- Establish user preferences
- Automatically generate e-mail notification to the package recipient
- Filter and prioritize shipping options
- Select advanced shipping options
- And track shipments without calling the mailroom
We also offer End-User Web-Based Training (WBT) that is deployed over the Internet to provide just-in-time training to end users. Participants are guided through the same learning objectives that are covered in the live training session.
Mail Room Training for the iShip Professional Shipping Station
This course is targeted to individuals responsible for using the Enterprise Service to process end users' packages in the mailroom or shipping dock. During this training, the individual will learn to:
- Recall and complete pre-processed packages
- Process new packages for shipment
- Track packages and run reports
- Troubleshoot any erroneous information on packages
- And provide Pick Up Summaries to the carrier
Administrator Training for the iShip Administrator's Station
This is designed for the person who administers the iShip Enterprise Service, this training will cover how to:
- Enter basic user and position information
- Define a hierarchy for users
- Maintain user status
- Produce corporate-level management reports
- Process information about corporate shipping
