iShip is simple to deploy. Therefore, the iShip Implementation Plan is designed for Setup, Installation and Configuration within a matter of hours. An important factor in a successful implementation is identifying key participants on the Project Team. It will consist of your organization's experts along with our expert iShip professionals. They will formulate the iShip Implementation plan and will guide the success of the project.
The Project Team usually consists of:
- An iShip Implementation Expert - Manages the process
- A Customer Executive Sponsor - Overall Internal Champion
- A Customer Shipping Sponsor - Key contributor to advances in the shipping arena
- A Customer Technical Sponsor - Manages Firewall capabilities and Network access
- A Customer Help Desk/Training Sponsor - Facilitates user support, and trains users
- And an iShip National Account Manager - Assists in managing the process
