Set Up and Configuration
To begin, we will help you to set up your business rules and configure your iShip Service so that you are running immediately. This process is quick, since all the software and databases that manage your shipping are hosted on iShip, Inc. computers. There are no servers or desktop software to install, therefore, you do not need to dedicate any internal IT resources to this task.
Next, the Professional Services Group can configure iShip user interfaces to provide the functionality necessary to reflect your company's shipping practices. We can also ensure the iShip Service includes your custom carrier rates so that users make informed decisions about which service is most appropriate.
Integration

Implementation

Training
To ensure your satisfaction with our service, the iShip Professional Services Group provides thorough and ongoing training for every customer. Our program is highly flexible and can adapt to your company's needs. Training is conducted at our facilities in Bellevue, WA or onsite at your offices. We use a "train-the-trainer" approach that allows employees trained by iShip, Inc. to teach other employees in your organization how to use our service.
